Each vacation/rental home is located about 5 miles east of Laurie, Missouri on State Road 0 (Zero) You want to go ONE mile NORTH on Towering Oak Road. Located on the water, the lodges will be located in Mill Creek Cove, or the 4 mile marker on the Gravois Arm.

ABOUT THE BUILDER
Mark and Dave Neighbors are brothers following the footsteps of their father in the business of constructing new homes since the mid 1970's. With nearly 60 years of experience they have worked as a team planning, designing, and constructing hundreds of homes in Kansas City's most prestigious neighborhoods.
Today they focus their attention on custom homes in The Canyon, a development with rugged treed terrain that will bring out their experience to create spectacular unique homes nestled into the wooded private settings that The Canyon lots have to offer. Each home will be specifically designed to take advantage of the beauty as well as privacy each site naturally provides.
Although their office is located in Kansas, they have built numerous homes over the years in the Lakewood, Lee's Summit area dating back to the early 1970's with their father's company and later in the 1980's with Neighbors Group Inc.
Other business interests include Residential, Commercial and Industrial development as well as Real Estate marketing in both Kansas and Missouri and lake home development at the Lake of the Ozarks.
